Professional Services Engagements
Any consulting, implementation, development, support or managed services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal signed between HG Infotech and the client (an "Engagement Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails in respect of the services it covers. Nothing on the Website, including pricing or engagement-model information, forms part of an Engagement Agreement unless expressly incorporated in writing.
Intellectual Property
The Website and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design, page layout, software and underlying code, are owned by or licensed to HG Infotech and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and other jurisdictions.
